Below are a list of policies that apply to shopping at The items and details may change over time and/or I may add to it. Thank you for shopping at agirlandherwool!

Processing Time
Please visit the Shop News page for current processing times. The processing time does not include shipping time.

Shipping Fees
US: Free shipping
Canada: Flat rate $10 USD
Everywhere else: Flat rate $20 USD

All orders are shipped via USPS. Packages under 1 pound are shipped via First Class. Orders above 1 pound are shipped via priority mail.

agirlandherwool is not responsible for any shipping delays or lost packages once it is the possession of USPS. If your package’s tracking is not updating or the package has not arrived, I recommend reaching out to USPS directly. Unfortunately, I only see the same tracking information as you and cannot be held responsible for USPS operations.

Holiday Shipping
There is no guarantee that your order will arrive by a certain date.

Cancellations – Custom Orders
Due to the dye to order nature of custom orders, I cannot accept cancellations once I have started your order. If you need to make a change to your order, please reach out to me as quickly as you can.

Cancellations – Ready to Ship
An order may be cancelled until the shipping label is created. Please be aware that I may create a shipping label before you receive the notification. Please contact me about canceling your order and I will see what I can do! I try to send orders out within 24 hours, so the window may be quite small. Please reach out with any questions before placing an order.

Returns and Exchanges
Please reach out to me if there is a problem with your order and I will do my best to correct any issues. I want everyone to be happy with their orders. That being said, all sales are final. I will not be able to accept returns or exchanges.

Coupon Codes
For coupon code exclusions, please visit the Shop News page. Coupon codes cannot be combined. Unless an error occurred, I will be unable to retroactively apply coupons to your orders.

Combination of Orders
If you have more than one outstanding order, I will combine orders as best as I can to reduce shipping costs and environmental impact. I may hold an order until the next one is complete. If you do not wish for me to do this, please let me know.

Account Creation
You will be asked to create an account for all yarn clubs, even if you pay the full price upfront. This is because you are technically buying a subscription plan that renews every month. However, for any product where you pay a sign up fee, there is a $0 renewal fee. You will not be charged after the initial sign up fee. Your account is required to maintain the subscription and create the order each month of the club.

Ongoing Club Subscriptions – Mystery Yarn Clubs
All ongoing club subscriptions will renew on the 20th of each month unless you cancel the subscription via your account. If you forgot to cancel and do not wish to receive the club that was automatically renewed, there will be a grace period. I will cancel your order if the cancellation is requested by 11:59pm ET on the 21st of the month. After that, I will begin processing orders and will not be able to cancel it. However, you will be able to cancel the subscription at any time before the following month’s renewal date.

Customs and import taxes
I am not responsible for any customs or import taxes that may apply to your purchase.

Personal information may be collected when shopping at agirlandherwool. The only information stored is provided by you at checkout or when creating an account. Your information will only be used to complete your order. agirlandherwool will never sell your information as your privacy is important to us. You have the option to check out as a guest for non-subscription products.
