Processing Time
Please visit the Shop News page for current processing times. The processing time does not include shipping time.
Shipping Fees
US: As of March 1st, 2022, orders $50 and up will have a $3.95 shipping fee
Canada: Flat rate $10 USD
Everywhere else: Contact me for an invoice. I’m happy to ship wherever you are!
Shipping
All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. Packages under 1 pound are shipped via First Class. Orders above 1 pound are shipped via priority mail. Orders may ship via UPS if the price is lower than USPS.
agirlandherwool is not responsible for any shipping delays or lost packages once it is the possession of USPS or UPS. If your package’s tracking is not updating or the package has not arrived, I recommend reaching out to USPS or UPS directly. Unfortunately, I only see the same tracking information as you and cannot be held responsible for USPS or UPS operations.
Holiday and Gift Shipping
There is no guarantee that your order will arrive by a certain date, but please contact me if you would like to know the expected processing time.
Cancellations – Custom Orders
Due to the dye to order nature of custom orders, I cannot accept cancellations once I have started your order. If you need to make a change to your order, please reach out to me as quickly as you can.
Cancellations – Ready to Ship
An order may be cancelled until the shipping label is created. Please be aware that I may create a shipping label before you receive the notification. Please contact me about canceling your order and I will see what I can do! I try to send orders out within 24 hours, so the window may be quite small. Please reach out with any questions before placing an order.
Returns and Exchanges
Please reach out to me if there is a problem with your order and I will do my best to correct any issues. I want everyone to be happy with their orders. That being said, all sales are final. I will not be able to accept returns or exchanges.
Rewards Program
For each order, you will receive 1 point for every full dollar you spend. You can redeem your points for money off a future purchase. The following are additional details that are subject to change at any time.
1. 100 points = $10.
2. You need to accumulate a minimum of 100 points before redeeming your points. After that, you can redeem any amount of points off your purchase.
3. Points never expire.
4. Any outstanding additional points (see this page here) will be manually added to your account within the first week of the month.

Coupon Codes
For coupon code exclusions, please visit the Shop News page. Coupon codes cannot be combined. Unless an error occurred, I will be unable to retroactively apply coupons to your orders.
Combination of Orders
If you have more than one outstanding order, I will combine orders as best as I can to reduce shipping costs and environmental impact. I may hold an order until the next one is complete. If you do not wish for me to do this, please let me know.
Account Creation
You will be asked to create an account for all clubs. Your account is required to maintain the subscription and create the order each month of the club.
Ongoing Club Subscriptions – Mystery Yarn Clubs
All ongoing club subscriptions will renew on the 20th of each month unless you cancel the subscription via your account by the 19th of the month, based on ET. If you need help cancelling your subscription, I’m happy to help!
Ongoing Club Subscriptions – Colors of the Month Clubs
All ongoing club subscriptions will renew on the 1st of each month unless you cancel the subscription via your account by the last day of the month, based on ET. If you need help cancelling your subscription, I’m happy to help!
Ongoing Club Subscriptions – Craft Journal Sticker Kit Clubs
All ongoing club subscriptions will renew on the 10th of each month unless you cancel the subscription via your account by the 9th of the month, based on ET. If you need help cancelling your subscription, I’m happy to help!
Customs and import taxes
I am not responsible for any customs or import taxes that may apply to your purchase.
Privacy
Personal information may be collected when shopping at agirlandherwool. The only information stored is provided by you at checkout or when creating an account. Your information will only be used to complete your order. agirlandherwool will never sell your information as your privacy is important to us. You have the option to check out as a guest for non-subscription products.
